Book
1. DATE, LOCATION AND TIMINGS
Please begin your enquiry with your event date so we can confirm our availability, along with the event location/venue or address so we can quote for any travel fees. If you know the timings at this stage, that's event more helpful! Please factor in setup times before your event begins when booking venues, plus some time for us to collect and take down our items.
2. CHOSEN PACKAGE, ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS, COLOUR SCHEMES AND THEMES
Let us know which package option you would like. If you have additional requirements, custom requests or need further event styling, please let us know. If you are having a specific theme such as safari, rodeo, farmyard, etc please include this information with any colour preferences. Feel free to provide inspiration photos if you have a specific setup in mind.
3. SECURE YOUR BOOKING WITH A DEPOSIT
The deposit is determined on the total booking value but typically we request £100 to secure the date in our diary. Once the deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. The remaining balance will then be due 4 weeks before the event date.
SO, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We will check in prior to your event to confirm logistics. Otherwise, that's all! We will see you at the agreed time and you can leave the rest to us. We will setup, grab some photos if timings allow and be on our way. We then return at the agreed collection time to take down and collect our items.

Large backdrop displays and balloon garlands, complex designs, extensive prop hire, additional customisation, character cut outs, heavily themed setups will all incur additional fees to reflect the complexity.

We offer a huge variety of soft teddies, giant bears, themed rugs, cushions, teepees, trikes, rocking horses (and rocking elephants!) and hoppers to go alongside our main grey and white softplay items, which consists of step and slides, rockers, tunnels, tents, ball pits and castles to ensure hours of fun for your little ones!
Our collection is continuously growing and we are also happy to source in additional items if we believe they will benefit our collection, if we do not already have appropriate styles for your chosen theme.

We also offer picnic setups suitable for both children's and adult's parties in any colour scheme or theme - perfect for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, or just an excuse to get the girls together! We can comfortably cater up to 26 guests with our picnic style tablescapes (12 guests either side and 1 at each end).
